Why is my order made to order?

Every PLANTSTERA piece is printed fresh, just for you, after you order it. We don't mass-produce designs and let them sit in a warehouse, so your tee, crewneck, or tumbler is made for you, not pulled off a shelf. It also means we only make what people actually want, so there's no pile of unsold stock headed for a landfill.

When will my order arrive?

Once your piece is printed and checked, it ships with tracking. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way, so you can follow it to your door. Good things grow slowly. 🌱

Orders typically process in 3–5 business days and arrive 7–12 business days after shipping. Holidays and peak seasons may affect delivery times. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout.

Any deals for buying more than one?

Grab any 2 tees for $65. The discount applies automatically in your cart, no code needed.

How does your clothing fit?

PLANTSTERA is a streetwear brand. For the baggy streetwear look, size up 1–2 sizes. Want a regular fit? Order your usual size. Some styles use European sizing, which can run slightly smaller, so always check the Size Guide on the product page before ordering.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because everything is made just for you, all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a free replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins, and production often starts shortly after you order. Reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once your piece is in production, it can't be changed or cancelled.

How do I care for my items?

Apparel: wash inside out in cold water with similar colors, skip the bleach, and air dry when you can.
Tumblers and mugs: hand wash recommended to keep the print looking fresh.
